About us:
We are a danish family living at a small farm located nearby Kolding in Denmark. We have always had a lot of different animals like alpacas, Highlander cattle, sheep, Icelander Ponies and our wonderfull mastiffs.
Now the mastiffs has taken us and we only have a couple of horses and alpacaes. All our time is spent with the mastiffs.
We do not have any kenneldogs but we name it a kennel because we breed our mastiffs and have puppies on occasion. All our mastiffs are family members and our puppies are raised in the house with us.
From our place we run a little compagny for living, which means, all the time one of us is at home with the dogs.
In the late 1970 th., when we got our first dog, we read books about the mastiff and felt that it was the breed we wanted. It took more than 15 years before we got what we wanted: To be owned by a mastiff.... We lost our hearts totally to these big, gentle giants and the family has been expanded from time to time.
We do a lot of dog showing in most of Europe and breed a little, - one or two litters a year. Our goal is to breed healthy mastiffs with good temperament for lovely family dogs and for the showring. We have been active breeders for 17 years and have owned/bred more than 30 national - / international champions.
The mastiffs we use for breeding are x-rayed on hips and elbows, and we do not use mastiffs with severe dysplasi for breeding.
We have a lot of fun joining obidienceclasses and puppyclasses with our mastiffs. They love it - and so do we!
