Gussi is our foundation bitch. We hope her good health and the longevity in her lines will pass on to her offspring.
She is very playfull. Even when she was pregnant or rising puppies, she was playing around with her best toy: A piece of a plastic tube - visit the pictures. She loves attention and showing. Walking the streets she looks very disappointed if somebody pass her without petting. And she loves to ride the car or just having a nap in the car. If we whisper in her ear that she is allowed to get allong with us, she is standing at the car immidiately. The other mastiffs did not find out what was going on, we whispered...
Augusta is out of lines with longevity. At her mother´s side they went more than 11 years old and her father was still showing at 10 years old. By the way he was the best male at The Danish Mastiff Club Show in 2000, 8 years old.
She is now winning in the showring as senior/veteran. Every show she has joined she has won the senior/veteran class. Best senior at the Danish Mastiff Clubshow 2003 & 2004, best veteran at Norweigen Mastiff Club Show 2003 and OEMCN (Holland) 2004.
In April 2005 Gussi went over The Rainbowbridge. She had a good, long, healthy life. We are so gratefull to have lived together with this very special girl for 9,5 years. We miss her so much she will always be with us in our Hearts.
