Sanne´s nickname is "sweet Sanne" - it says it all :) She is a very loving and happy dog with her clear opinion about what she thinks is fun. If we require to her about something which displeases her, she can look so pathetic that it really is hard not to feel sorry for her. Something she definitely knows and uses and probably succeed once in a while ...
Sanne loves to join us on tour for dogshows abroad. She enjoys to be at hotels, but when she is asked to also look good in the showring, we are whistling a different sound. She does not like the dogshows and does not show herself as the beautiful bitch she is. Something we've discussed a lot with her. If you want to stay in a hotel you must also stand nicely in the show ring - something for nothing. Even so, the judges have seen her qualities and she has placed very well at the shows. She quickly became Danish Champion and was best bitch - BOS at the show in Holland.
Sanne lived in Holland until she was around. 20 mths. She never settled in with her new family, which also included Manchester terrier. Whether it was the other dogs that are very different from the mastiff in being, or what went wrong, we do not know, but fortunately her owners made the decision to let her come back to us. We know it was a difficult decision for them to make but are very grateful that they were aware of their responsibilities and did what was best for Sanne. She is a very special girl to us.
Sanne has given us some very nice puppies. She is a natural talent.
